Aotearoa New Zealand is a country where cultural differences are widespread and longstanding. The Treaty of Waitangi laid the foundation for an inclusive society citizens’ full participation granted. Nevertheless, number Asians seem to have limited access benefits society, with great concerns over social isolation marginalisation. This requires workers attend Asians’ life challenges, justified by key principles human rights justice; yet paucity training exists in work education, limiting their ability this population. More necessary curriculum through which enhance competence, relevant knowledge skills, relation working Zealand.
